Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $9.95
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $14.95
Free Shipping: On orders over $100 AUD

International Shipping

We're excited to ship our premium hair accessories worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days depending on location
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
