At Auralie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@auraliehairpins.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return instructions and address
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Send items via tracked shipping service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
